Alii ~ My name is Joshua Sibetang Ngiraked Willter, aka OSU.  I was born on Saipan in the Northern Marianas Islands (CNMI).  My parents are Yukiko and Haruo, from Ngaraard and Ngaremlengui respectively.  I spent the early years of my life on Saipan, then the U.S. (San Diego, California), returning to Belau for high school.  I now reside in Sacramento, California.

I'd like to say "alii" to all my brothers and sisters around the globe, especially those who are far away from home.  Always remember you're Palauan no matter where you are.  Keep your Palauan Pride strong and always care for your family.
